• Tax Credit for Singles and Couples
  • $400.00 qualifies as a direct tax credits on any joint Arizona State Income Tax return this calendar year (A.R.S. 43-1089.01).
  • Single tax payers may donate a maximum of $200.00 per year.
  • An official tax receipt will be mailed to the person making the donation.
  • If interested in giving a tax credit donation please print and fill out this tax form and return it to the school.
