Hello, I am Brenda Martinez and I am the EL Para professional at New World. This year I will be working with our English Learners to help them enhance their language proficiency.  I have been part of NWEC for 20 years and have enjoyed all the different roles I have been able to take on in my time here. I have also enjoyed working with many students throughout those years.

I have four amazing children of my own, who also attended this school. I was born in El Paso Texas; however, I grew up here in Phoenix, so I consider myself a Phoenician. I love to run in my free time! I’ve completed several half marathons and hope to complete a full marathon in the near future!
