Process of applying for lunch
The following process applies to ALL families, whether you qualify for free, reduced, or full priced lunch. The State of Arizona requires that all schools collect applications regardless of status. Please help our school remain in compliance with that request.
1. Please click on this link or go to the website https://www.ezmealapp.com/ to fill out the application, anytime AFTER July 1st.
2. The application will be reviewed and a letter will be sent to you explaining if you qualify for free, reduced or full priced lunch.
* If you need help filling out the form call the office at (602)238-9577 or need a computer, please visit our Front Office for assistance.
Our families have truly enjoyed the breakfast and lunch program this year and we want to continue it every year.
